Molly Conaty DaPisa

Most recently as the Director of Development at the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund, Molly propelled the mission of DMSF through meaningful donor stewardship and solicitation of ~$5M while managing all organization communications. 

As a lifelong proponent of equitable educational access, Molly began her career within the Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) before working at the Cristo Rey Network and Horizons for Youth

Her commitment to service work began at the University of Notre Dame where she earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Education degrees.  

Molly went on to earn an Executive Management Certificate in Nonprofit Operations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and participate in the Management Fellows Program of the Development Leadership Consortium. ​

In 2022, Molly became part of Impact Grants Chicago and a member of the Grant Review Committee.

​Molly and her husband Jason live in Chicago with their three children.
